The most interesting Super Bowl commercial this year

  The Super Bowl commercial I thought was the most interesting was the 84 Lumber commercial. I thought it was interesting because it was about a mom and her daughter who were traveling I'm guessing to a new country to live and the daughter is bringing like pieces of paper with her. I'm not really sure what the message is but that's one of the reason why I thought it's was interesting. I think this is important because people need to know what people like immigrants go through while traveling just to find a better place to live. I think they are trying to reach to people who are against the whole Immigration problem and don't want people coming to their country. It's interesting how the commercial isn't really relevant to the actual company that made the commercial. I think the intended response is to show others what these people are going through and try to help people who are trying to have a better life.

My name

What I found out about my first name is that it stands for "defender of mankind". I didn't know it standed for this and I was suprised. I kind of know what it means but still is kind of confusing. I wonder how the person who made the name or thought of it. Overall I think it's cool how my name has a meaning and how it has a powerful-like meaning. This is what my name stands for.

What I did that was kind in the Break

What I did that was kind/thoughtful this break was that I helped clean my house. I think this was the one thing I did was kind over break because I didn't do much the whole break. My break was good because I got to sleep a lot and got to play basketball. I felt that the break was fast but at least I had time to rest. This is what I did that was kind and what I did generally over the break.

The favorite gift I've received for Christmas

My favorite gift was a new phone. I got the iPhone 7 and I was suprised that I got it. It's my favorite gift I received this Christmas because I needed a new phone. I would mostly get clothes which is fine but I think that the phone was better than clothes. I hope that the ill get good things again in the future. This is the favorite gift I've received for Christmas.

Fast Break 

The book Fast Break is about a kid named Jayson Barnes who lived in Moreland, North Carolina and loves basketball. He lived in an apartment by himself because his mom passed away so he stole food to keep himself alive. One day he went to foot locker to get some shoes, or try to steal them but got caught. They called the cops to get him and asked where his guardian was and they eventually found out that he lived alone. They told him that they were going to put him into a foster house and stay there until someone wants to adopt him. Eventually a couple called the Lawtons (who are wealthy) wanted to adopt Jayson and so they did. He had to move to the the city close by to the one he used to live in which he didn't want to because of his friends. He eventually played for a private school which he'll try to help them win a championship. He then starts talking to this girl in his school named Zoe who is popular and plays soccer which he likes to talk to. He starts to have problem with her which messes their friendship and makes Jayson feel miserable but he starts to focus more on basketball. Now you need to find out if his friendship with Zoe doesn't fall apart and if he helps his team make the championship. 

What my intention is for the new year

My intention for the new year is to persevere on the things that are difficult and important. I want to persevere on things like sports and getting better grades because they can help me later on in life.  I feel like I need to develop on the things that'll help me in the future and can help me get a good career. I think that this should be my intention every year and I think I can accomplish this. If I keep on exceeding on this intention, then it can affect my future in a good  is my intention for the new year.
