Outsiders Character Analysis

What I learned about my character (Ponyboy) is that he's different from the others. He's quiet but also smart and isn't as mean as the others. Ponyboy started to change a lot when he saw the church go on fire, it made him realize that he can't only think about himself. What I liked the most was that he didn't give up on things and knew what was right and wrong. What I didn't like is that he had to say something to the socs. even when he knew they were outnumbered.

A poem I think represents Ponyboy is "Capturing The Wild Horse Of Courage" . I think it has a connection because Pony has the courage to go to a burning building to save little kids. He has some problems that he knows he can fix which connects with the poem. He listens to what others say ad thinks about it.i think this poem represents Pony.

Another memory is when I went to my first basketball game which was the Chicago Bulls. These were some of my favorite childhood memories.

Where I want to go

A place I want to go to is Australia. Australia may have many venomous creatures and dangerous things but the landmarks is a wonderful thing to see and go. Another reason why I want to go to Australia is because of the animals they have their. Most of the animals their are not in where I live. The beaches in Australia are a fascinating place to go when it's the summer. A city I would want to go in Australia is Sydney because of the places they have their such as the opera house. These are my reasons why I want to go to Australia.

Summer Reading Blog

My summer reading book was Paper Towns. I thought that the book was decent and wouldn't recommend it unless you like the type of genre Paper Towns is. The book is about these teens naned Quentin (who's quiet) and Margo (who's popular), Margo had disappeared out nowhere someday and when Quentin noticed she was gone, he started to get curious and tried to find her. He also thought that she committed suicide. Quentin would find hints that Margo left for him to help him find her. Quentin went to find her because he likes her and because one time when Quentin and Margo where younger they found a dead body and Margo was curious why it was there and what happened to the person. So Quentin believes that she left to find more clues of the body.

Quentin was starting to think that the closer he gets to Margo, the less his chances will of seeing her will be. He kept on following the hints known as "Paper Towns trail" and he noticed that it was leading him to a different state. They lived in Florida and he noticed that she was in New York. He went to New York and found more clues. The trail eventually stopped at a general store and he went inside. He found her and told her to come back home, but she refused. Margo told Quentin that she's trying to figure out who she really is. Quentin was surprised but let her stay. This was a summary about my summer reading book.
