What I thought about the pictures I chose

What the pictures made me feel was sad because it showed how there was dead bodies on the floor and how they would bury the bodies without being in disgust. I think it's crazy how they made people who are in the concentration camps bury the dead bodies because some of them, they might've known. This tragedy should never occur again. I chose these because I had profundity in the picture and was interested in this problems. I wonder if the bodies are still there now? How long did it take them to do this?

Nonfiction Book: The Harlem Globetrotters

The Harlem Globetrotters

The book is about a basketball team named the Harlem Globetrotters. The team was made in 1927 by a man from Chicago called Abe Saperstien. The team was originally called the Savoy Big Five which was changed because Saperstien wanted to represent the famous African American neighborhood which is Harlem, New York because back then only whites were able to play professional basketball. He made the jersey colors red,white, and blue. Their first game in Chicago since the team was made there but they moved it to Harlem. It talks about all the problems they faced while playing because back then African-Americans weren't treated equally. They would get boo'd by the fans of the other team and the fans would sometimes throw things at the players. They players had a rough career playing with Harlem Globetrotters but they didn't care because all they wanted to do was entertain the audience and have fun. From 1927 till now the Harlem Globetrotters are a great team. I like how they persevered even if people disliked them and  they are team I recommend you should watch.

  My thoughts about the book was that it was interesting and a good. At first I only knew the team because I've seen videos of them but I didn't know the history about them and how they had a different name and played in a different place. I think it crazy how they elaborated over the years by findin new ways to entertain the fans and make the amazed. The book  helped me find out what the whole team was about. It's crazy how they once played against an NBA team in their starting years. I recommend this book to people who like sports and biographies.

Propaganda

   The propaganda is trying to say that they are going to win the war. The intended audience is the allied powers or the countries Germany is against in the war. The propaganda effects ones perspective by making them think that they'll win because of their confidence. I think that the propaganda is effective because it likes grabs the audience and makes them think that they're right and that they're going to win. I think that the propaganda doesn't really show much or express a lot of meaning but it goes straight to the thought that Germany was going to win.The Germans thought the plan of winning was going to function.

Regret

  I recall the time I regret eating a lot of food in one day. I'm not sure when this happened but it's happened many times. No one was really involved but me. At first I felt good about eating a lot but then I started to get sick and felt bloated so then my feelings changed. What I would do if I could go back to that day is eat less than I did and get more dessert.
